摘要
余热资源节能减排技术在降低环境污染和节约资源方面具有显著的优势。文章对低温余热有机朗肯循环展开研究,基于EES软件采用不同有机工质并模拟变动工况,分析了ORC(有机朗肯循环)的影响因素,对有机工质在不同蒸发温度和冷凝温度的热效率、膨胀比、净功量等热力性能进行比较,通过计算对比尝试选出低温余热最佳工况。
Waste heat energy conservation and emission reduction technologies have significant advan-tages in reducing environmental pollution and saving resources. The influencing factors of low tempera-ture waste heat organic rankine cycle (ORC) was studied by simulating variable conditions with EESsoftware and using different organic working fluids. The thermal efficiency, expansion ratio, net workcapacity and other thermal properties of organic working fluids at different evaporation temperatures andcondensing temperatures were compared, the best working condition of low temperature waste heat wastrying to be selected through the calculation and comparison.
