论项目建设前期调研和方案规划实施意义——以浙江省计量科学研究院衡器专业项目建设为例

Talking about the significance of preliminary investigation and plan implementation in project construction——the project of weighing instrument in Zhejiang Metrology Research Institute as an example

项目建设是系统性、长期的规划论证,前期调研、技术指标的确定、项目人员选择、项目跟踪、项目建设过程的风险意识和风险评估等,均是项目建设过程中的重要方面。本文以近几年来衡器专业项目建设的规划为例,阐述了项目建设的调研及规划等内容。

The project construction isa systematic and long-term planning demonstration. The preliminary investigation, thedetermination of the technical index, the selection of the project personnel , the project tracking, the risk awareness and risk assessment of theproject construction process are all important aspects in the project construction process. Taking the planning of weighing instrumentprofessional projects in recent years as an example, this paper expounds the contents of research and planning of project construction.
