半夏曲对小鼠胃肠运动的影响

Effects of Rhizoma Pinelliae Fermentata on Gastrointestinal Motility

目的:观察半夏曲发酵前后对正常小鼠及脾虚积滞模型小鼠胃肠运动的影响。方法:以小肠推进率、胃排空率为指标,分别考察半夏曲发酵前后对正常小鼠及脾虚积滞模型小鼠胃肠道运动的影响;以小鼠胃肠道激素胃泌素和神经递质胆碱酯酶、一氧化氮为指标,考察半夏曲发酵前后对脾虚积滞模型小鼠胃肠道运动的影响。结果:半夏曲发酵后能提高正常小鼠及脾虚积滞模型小鼠小肠推进率及胃排空率(P<0.05);半夏曲发酵后能明显提高小鼠胃泌素、胆碱酯酶的分泌水平,降低一氧化氮的分泌水平(P<0.05);半夏曲发酵前对小鼠胃肠运动的影响不甚明显。结论:半夏曲发酵后较发酵前对小鼠胃肠道促进作用更强,可显著改善小鼠的消化功能,治疗脾虚积滞证可以选用半夏曲。

Objective：To observe the effects of Pinellia ternate fermentation on gastrointestinal motility in normal mice and spleen deficiency model rats.Methods：The effects of Pinellia ternatafermentation（Before and after fermentation）on the gastrointestinal motility of normal mice and spleen deficiency model mice were studied by using small intestinal propulsion rate and gastric emptying rate as indexes;The effects of Pinellia ternatafermentation（Before and after fermentation）on gastrointestinal motility in mice with spleen deficiency syndrome were studied by using the gastrointestinal hormone gastrin and the neurotransmitter cholinesterase and nitric oxide as an index.Results：The results showed that the intestinal propulsion rate and gastric emptying rate of normal mice and spleen deficiency model rats could be increased（P〈0.05）,and the secretion of gastrin and cholinesterase could be increased,and the secretion of nitric oxide could be decreased（P〈0.05）;The effect of Pinellia ternate fermentation on gastrointestinal motility of mice was not obvious.Conclusion：Compared with the fermentation,the fermentation of Pinellia ternata was better than that before fermentation,which could significantly improve the digestive function of mice.The treatment of spleen deficiency syndrome can choose Pinellia ternata.
