摘要
目的:优化白英总皂苷的纯化工艺。方法:以吸附量和解析率作评价指标,采用单因素试验考察纯化工艺条件。结果:1g树脂处理1mL质量浓度为6.56mg/mL的柱药液,以2mL/min的速度上样,吸附30min后,收集过柱液,150mL的90%乙醇解吸附90min,以2.0mL/min的速度洗脱,经放大工艺验证,转移率可达57.98%。结论:该工艺可操作性强,重复性好,适用于工业化生产。
Objective:To optimize the purification conditions of Solanum Lyratum Thunb.Methods:The adsorption conditions and the analytical rate were used as the evaluation indexes.The single factor test was used to study the purification conditions.Results:1 g resin treatment 1 mL concentration of 6.56 mg/mL column of the liquid,the rate of 2 mL/min loading,adsorption 30 min,the collection of the column liquid,150 mL 90% ethanol desorption 90 min,2.0 mL/min of the speed of elution,the amplification process to verify the transfer rate of up to 57.98%.Conclusion:The purification process is feasible and reproducible,and it is suitable for industrial production.
