摘要
目的:确定四物汤中活性成分的提取工艺。方法:以四物汤中芍药苷、没食子酸和总多糖得率为评价指标,采用高效液相色谱法、苯酚-硫酸比色法分别测定芍药苷、没食子酸和总多糖量,得率经综合评分后,利用正交试验设计法对其提取工艺进行优选。结果:提取时间和液固比对四物汤中活性成分的提取影响显著,提取温度无显著性。结论:最优提取工艺为:以水为溶媒,用量30倍,在温度85℃条件下提取2次,每次3h。
Objective：To study the optimal extraction technology of active ingredients in Siwu Decoction.Methods：Choosig Paeoniflorin,Gallic acid and the yield of total polysaccharide as the detective index,and supply the HPLC method and the Phenol-sulfuric acid colorimetric method to detect their content,then optimum the best extraction technology by orthogonal experiment based on the results of the comprehensive score.Results：The extraction time and liquid-solid ratio had a significant effect on the extraction of active ingredients in Siwu decoction.And the extraction temperature had no significant effect.Conclusion：The best extraction technology was：take water as solvent,and the amount of water was 30 times as the amount of herbs,then extraction at 85℃for twice,each time last 3 hours.
