摘要
目的:确定四物汤中活性成分的提取工艺。方法:以四物汤中芍药苷、没食子酸和总多糖得率为评价指标,采用高效液相色谱法、苯酚-硫酸比色法分别测定芍药苷、没食子酸和总多糖量,得率经综合评分后,利用正交试验设计法对其提取工艺进行优选。结果:提取时间和液固比对四物汤中活性成分的提取影响显著,提取温度无显著性。结论:最优提取工艺为:以水为溶媒,用量30倍,在温度85℃条件下提取2次,每次3h。
Objective:To study the optimal extraction technology of active ingredients in Siwu Decoction.Methods:Choosig Paeoniflorin,Gallic acid and the yield of total polysaccharide as the detective index,and supply the HPLC method and the Phenol-sulfuric acid colorimetric method to detect their content,then optimum the best extraction technology by orthogonal experiment based on the results of the comprehensive score.Results:The extraction time and liquid-solid ratio had a significant effect on the extraction of active ingredients in Siwu decoction.And the extraction temperature had no significant effect.Conclusion:The best extraction technology was:take water as solvent,and the amount of water was 30 times as the amount of herbs,then extraction at 85℃for twice,each time last 3 hours.
