摘要
目的:初步探索臭矢菜挥发油的化学成分。方法:利用水蒸气蒸馏法提取臭矢菜全株挥发油,采用GC-MS法对其化学成分进行分离和鉴定,并采用面积归一化法计算各组分的相对含量。结果:从臭矢菜挥发油中分离出48个组分,鉴定出其中的24个组分,占挥发油总含量的51.48%,其中主要成分为:γ-榄香烯(15.76%),杜松醇(15.62%),杜松烯(3.06%),叶绿醇(2.22%),Α-毕橙茄醇(1.72%),芳樟醇(1.69%),双环庚醇(1.21%),聚苯乙烯纤维(1.08%),萘磺酸盐(1.06%),beta-紫罗酮(1.02%)。结论:初步了解了臭矢菜的挥发油成分,为臭矢菜的进一步开发利用提供了理论依据。
Objective:To explore chemical compositions of volatile oil fromCleome viscosa L.preliminarily.Methods:Extract volatile oil fromCleome viscosa L.plants,carry out identification of the chemical composition of volatile oil by means of GC-MS analysis method,and calculate the relative percentage by area normalization method.Results:48 compounds were isolated from the volatile oil of Cleome viscosa L,and 24 components of them were identified,Which accounted for 51.48% of the total content of volatile oil.The main ingredients of the 24 components were:γ-Elemene(15.76%),d-Cadinene(15.62%),Cadina-4(14),5-diene(3.06%),Phytol(2.22%),l-a-Cadinol(1.72%),Linalool(1.69%),Bicyclo[7.2.0]undec-4-ene,4,11,11-trimethyl-8-methylene-,[1 R-(1 R*,4 Z,9 S*)]-(1.21%),m-Isopropenylcumene(1.08%),Naphthalene,1,2,3,4,6,8 a-hexahydro-1-isopropyl-4,7-dimethyl-(1.06%),beta-Ionone(1.02%)and so on.Conclusion:This experiment first learned the volatile oil components of Cleome viscosa L.and it provided a theoretical basis for the further development and utilization of Cleome viscosa L.
