摘要
目的:通过GC-MS分析云南产地豆蔻果实中挥发油的化学成分。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法从豆蔻果实中提取挥发油,运用GC-MS法对豆蔻挥发性成分进行鉴定,归一法确定各成分的相对百分含量。结果:鉴定了27个化合物,主要成分有桉油精(65.81%),对伞花稀(3.57%)、柠檬油烯(2.94%)、β-蒎烯(2.54%)、松油醇(2.23%)等。结论:该方法高效快速、分离效果良好,可以用于豆蔻药材的质量控制。
Objective:The chemical components of the Volatile oil from Amomi Fructus Rotundus in Yunnan were Analyzed by GCMS.Methods:The Volatile oil was extracted from Amomi Fructus Rotundus by steam distillation.The amount of the components from the Volatile oil were identified by GC-MS method and the relative percentage content of each component was determined by normaliazation methed.Results:27 major components were identified.The main chemical compositions were as follows:Eucalyptol(65.81%),p-cymene(3.57%),limonene(2.94%),beta-pinene(2.54%),alpha-terpineol(2.23%),etc.Conclusion:The method of separation is good,which can be used in Amomi Fructus Rotundus quality assessment.
