In order to analyze the effect of oligosaccharide combined with organic selenium on production performance and immune function of broilers, the test was conducted by feeding chlortetracycline, mannooligosaccharides, organic selenium alone or in combination to the broiler diets. The results showed that the live weight of 42-day-age broilers fed chlortetracycline group was significantly higher than that of the basal diet group(P〈0.05), but the slaughter rate was significantly lower(P〉0.05). The combination of mannose-oligosaccharide and organic selenium could improve production performance and slaughter performance of broilers(P〈0.05). The combination of mannose-oligosaccharide and organic selenium could increase the immune organ index. Compared with the basal diet group and the chlortetracycline group, the contents of Ig A and IL-2 in the blood of were significantly increased after mannose-oligosaccharide and organic selenium supplementation(P〈0.05). In conclusion, the combination of mannose-oligosaccharide and organic selenium could improve production performance and immune function, and could be applied to the research and development of non-resistant feed of broilers.
