摘要 PLC已成为当代工业自动化的主要控制设备,但部分区域的PLC控制系统在当时设计时出于成本考虑或其他原因没有设计人机界面或终端控制界面,笔者结合上述情况,以西门子S7-200为例通过设计PLC通讯模板来实现与PLC的通信,并研究PLC的串行通信协议,通过单片机编程设计串行通信波特率、使能串口以及数据的接收和发送,实现通过LCD控制现场设备的目的。 PLC has become the main control equipment for modern industrial automation. However, some areas of the PLC control system were not designed for human-machine interface or terminal control interface at the time of design for cost reasons or other reasons. Combined with the above situation, the author takes SIEMENS S7-200 as an example to realize the communication with PLC by designing PLC communication template, and studies the serial communication protocol of PLC, designs serial communication baud rate, enables the serial communication and data to receive and send through the single chip computer programming, and realizes the purpose of controlling the field equipment through LCD.
