智能制造、工业4.0与数字化制造的关系研究

Research on the Relationship Between Intelligent Manufacturing, Industry 4.0 and Digital Manufacturing

随着科学技术的不断发展,工业生产发生了翻天覆地的变化,从最初的蒸汽机时代,发展到电气化时代和自动化时代,现如今即将迎接新的智能时代。工业化正以崭新的面貌出现在我们眼前,这既是一场工业革命,更是一场科技变革,它为发展中国现代制造业指明了方向。与智能制造相关联的是数字化制造和工业4.0的出现。笔者通过比较研究智能制造、数字化制造以及工业4.0,力图探索出三者之间的关系。

With the continuous development of science and technology, industrial production has undergone tremendous changes, from the initial stage of steam engine to the era of electrification and automation, now it is about to meet the new age of intelligence. Industrialization is emerging in front of us with a new look. It is an industrial revolution and a technological change. It has pointed out the course for the development of China＇s modern manufacturing industry. Associated with intelligent manufacturing is the emergence of digital manufacturing and industry 4.0. Through comparative study of intelligent manufacturing, digital manufacturing and industry 4.0, the author tries to explore the relationship between the three.
