医师培训中多媒体的运用实践

Application of Multimedia in Physician Training

当今社会进入信息化时代,信息资源遍布我们生活的各个角落。为顺应时代发展,培养出符合社会发展需求的人才,各个行业都开始在企业建设中融入信息技术。笔者主要针对医护、专技人员培训中多媒体的运用实践进行探索,首先从现阶段医护、专技人员培训中存在的问题入手,对数据库在医护、专技人员培训中的应用和多媒体在医生培训中的应用特点进行分析,最后总结出多媒体在培训中的应用策略。

Today＇s society is an era of information, and information resources are spread throughout every corner of our lives. In order to adapt to the pace of development of the times and cultivate talents that meet the needs of social development, various industries have started to integrate information technology resources into their corporate construction. The author focuses on exploring the practice of multimedia in the training of doctors and nurses and technicians. It starts with the problems existing in the training of doctors and nurses and technicians at the present stage, combines the application of databases in the training of doctors and nurses, professional technicians, and multimedia in doctor training. The characteristics of application in the analysis, and finally summed up the multimedia in the training strategy.
