摘要
目的:系统评价氟化泡沫预防儿童龋病的效果。方法:根据纳入标准,通过计算机检索收集2010~2016国内3个中文数据库氟化泡沫防龋的临床研究文献,采用RevMan 5.0软件进行Meta分析,评价氟化泡沫防龋效果。结果:共纳入文献10篇,随机对照研究(RCT)分析显示,氟化泡沫组的患龋率低于对照组[RR=0.76,95%CI(0.74~0.78),P<0.05]。结论:局部用氟化泡沫可预防儿童龋病的发生。
AIM： To evaluate the effect of fluoride for the prevention of dental caries in children.METHODS： The Chinese literatures published in 2010-2016 about fluoride foam on caries prevention were collected.Meta analysis was performed with Revman 5.0.RESULTS： 10 RCTs studies showed that the prevalence rate of caries of the fluoride foam group was lower than that of the control group（ RR = 0.76,95% CI 0.74 to 0.78,P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION： This systermatic review shows fluoride foam is effective to prevent dental caries in chidren.
