基于Mini-CEX的口腔临床实习质量评估体系的探索

Reform of quality evaluation system based on Mini-CEX for the clinical skills of dental interns

临床实习是口腔医学教育的重要环节,本文通过分析我国口腔临床实习考核评价方法的现状与不足,以及迷你临床演练评估(Mini-CEX)在临床实践能力的评估和临床教学过程中的优势及特点,建议将Mini-CEX引入临床实习考核,通过制定切实可行的临床实习质量评估体系,以促进临床教学水平提高,为培养合格的口腔医学人才奠定基础。

Clinical practice is an important part of stomatological education. Through the analysis of the current situation and deficiency of the dental clinical practice assessment methods in China it is suggested that Mini-CEX should be introduced into the clinical practice assessment process due to the characteristics and advantages of Mini-CEX in the evaluation of clinical practice ability and teaching. A practical quality evaluation system for clinical practice should be formulated in order to promote the clinical teaching level,and this may be the basement of talent culture in stomatological education.
