摘要 通过不同的路线合成了2-氰基-2,3-不对称二烷基丁二酸酯(简称2-氰基丁二酸酯)类化合物,系统地研究了该类化合物不同的化学结构及构型对其作为内给电子体对Ziegler-Natta丙烯聚合催化剂的影响。实验结果表明:在不同化学结构的2-氰基丁二酸酯中,以2-氰基-2-异丁基-3-异丙基丁二酸酯和2-氰基-2-正戊基-3-异丙基丁二酸酯为内给电子体时催化剂的综合性能较好;对于化学结构相同,而化学构型不同的2-氰基丁二酸酯,在极性色谱柱中保留时间较短的组分有助于提高催化剂的氢调敏感性,而保留时间较长的组分则能够赋予催化剂较高的活性和立体定向能力。 2-Cyano-2,3-asymmetric dialkyl succinate(2-cyano succinate) compounds were synthesized by different routes,and the effects of different chemical structures and configurations of such components on the uses thereof as internal electron donors for Ziegler-Natta propylene polymerization catalyst were systematically studied.The experimental results showed that among the 2-cyano succinates with different chemical structures,2-cyano-2-isobutyl-3-isopropyl succinate and 2-cyano-2-pentyl-3-isopropyl succinate,when used as the internal electron donors,could endow the catalyst with better comprehensive performance,and that as for the 2-cyano succinates with the same chemical structure but different configurations,components retaining for shorter time in a polar chromatography column could improve the hydrogen regulation sensitivity of the catalyst while components retaining for longer time could endow the catalyst with higher activity and stereotactic ability.
