摘要
采用多维衰减全反射(ATR)Zn Se样品池和Zn Se透射样品池采集二次加氢汽油的红外谱图。利用偏最小二乘法建立红外光谱测定二次加氢汽油二烯值和PIONA(烷烃、异构烷烃、烯烃、环烷烃和芳烃)含量的IR模型。实验结果表明,ATR法建立的二烯值模型优于透射法模型,PIONA含量模型两者相当;IR模型法预测汽油二烯值的标准偏差为0.011,标准法要求标准偏差小于0.02,表明IR模型法重复性要优于标准法;采用IR模型法与标准法数据差别不大,说明IR模型法可以满足快速测定的要求。
Infrared spectra of secondary hydrogenated gasoline were collected by using a multidimensional attenuated total reflection(ATR) Zn Se sample cell and a Zn Se transmission sample cell.An IR models for measuring the diene value and PIONA(paraffin,isoalkan,olefin,naphthen,arenes) contents of the secondary hydrogenated gasoline with the infrared spectra was built by the partial least squares method.The experimental results showed that the diene value model built by the ATR method was superior to the model built by the transmission method while the models of the PIONA contents built by the two methods were equivalent.The standard deviation of the IR model on detecting the diene value was 0.011,and the standard method required the standard deviation to be lower than 0.02,which proved that the IR model method was superior to the standard method in repeatability.Compared with the standard method,the IR model method showed little difference in data,proving that the IR model method could meet the requirement of rapid determination.
