甘油尿素法合成甘油碳酸酯的催化剂研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 从均相催化剂与非均相催化剂两个角度出发,总结了近年来甘油与尿素反应合成甘油碳酸酯中催化剂的最新研究进展,介绍了金属盐、金属氧化物、离子液体等不同种类催化剂在甘油尿素法合成甘油碳酸酯中的应用,提出了可能的反应机理,为进一步优化催化剂的结构提供了有益的帮助,并对甘油尿素法合成甘油碳酸酯的工业应用前景进行了展望。 The recent advances in study on catalysts for synthesis of glycerol carbonate from reaction of glycerol with urea has been summarized from two perspectives of homogeneous catalysts and heterogeneous catalysts.The applications of different types of catalysts such as metal salts,metal oxides and ionic liquids in the synthesis of the glycerol carbonate from urea and glycerol have been introduced.A possible reaction mechanism is proposed,which may be very helpful for further catalyst structure optimization.In addition,the prospect of industrial application of the synthesis of the glycerol carbonate from urea and glycerol is forecasted.
