摘要
塔玛亚历山大藻是我国海域常见的1种有毒赤潮甲藻。其爆发性增殖会严重威胁海洋生态系统的稳定和人类的健康。细菌Mangrovimonas yunxiaonensis LY01是由红树林湿地沉积物中分离到的1株杀藻细菌,其表现出对塔玛亚历山大藻的杀藻能力。为了获取LY01对塔玛亚历山大藻的最佳杀藻效果,本文进行了不同量菌株LY01冻干制剂的抑藻实验,发现0.4mg/mL添加量并在作用48h后可达87.5%的杀藻效果。该研究结果可为后续菌剂的制备现场应用的抑藻剂和塔玛亚历山大藻赤潮的控制提供理论依据。
Alexandriurn tamarense is a toxic dinoflagellate, which frequently causes harmful algal blooms (HABs), posing a serious threat on marine ecology and human health. Mangrovirnonas yunxiaonensis LY01 isolated from mangrove sediment showed an algicidal activity on A. tamarense. In order to obtain the optimum algicidal activity, a series of adding amount and treatment time of strain LY01 were determined, respectively. The freeze-dried bacterial agent was prepared as the optimum freezedried protective agent. The optimum amount and treatment time of algicidal agent were 0.4 mg/mL and 48h, respectively. Optimization of algicidal activity may aid to conveniently preserving the bacterium and its efficient application. Our results laid a foundation for HABs control in future.
