摘要
为了对低温甲醇洗装置尾气放空管线的支撑方案进行优化,文中从低温甲醇洗装置的工艺流程及在煤化工净化工段多项优势出发,以某项目产量增大的低温甲醇洗装置为例,在传统尾气放空管道附塔支撑布置方案的基础上,对管径加大的尾气放空管设计出一种设备结构联合支撑的方案,通过理论给出对支撑各个部位验算的方法,验证支撑方案的正确性,并与传统方案比较,最终确定由结构支撑、并附塔导向的方案更加合理。此方案将对吸收塔产生的不利影响降至最小,并且使支撑更加安全,且经济合理,为同类装置优化方案提供依据。
Rectisol process and its advantages in coal based chemical was studied in this article, in order to optimize support solution of tail gas in rectisol process. For example, a united support plan was proposed for enlarged tail gas pipe in a project with an increased rectisol capacity, on the basis of conventional support plan. Checking method of individual supports was suggested according to theory, and was compared with conventional plan. Hence a united support plan combining structural support and limit support on colunm was selected. The new plan eliminates adverse effects to the absorber and makes the support safer and more economic, as well as provides a reference for optimization in similar projects.
