摘要
近几年,我国地方高校现代用人机制越发趋于完善和科学,但仍存在一些问题,具体表现为:"聘用制"形式化严重,薪酬制度墨守成规,绩效考核有失偏颇。对此,解决策略是:应实行"多元化"用人机制,建立人才选拔竞争机制;采用"人文关怀"柔性管理,创建动力提升机制;推行"立体化"考核机制,构建优秀教师梯队,从而实现管理机制的创新和超越,推动高校人事制度的深入改革和发展。
In recent years, the modern employing mechanism of local colleges and universities in China is becoming more perfect and scientific. But there exists some problems, embodying in the seriously formal employing system, hidebound compensation systems, and one-sided performance appraisal. To solve the problems, it is suggested to adopt the diverse employing mechanism, establish talent selecting and competing mechanism, adopt flexible management of"humanistic care"to create dynamic lifting mechanism, implement the"threedimensional"assessment mechanism, construct outstanding teachers echelon, so as to realize the innovation and transcendence of the management mechanism, and promote the in-depth reform and development of the personnel system in universities.
