摘要
通过调研84家工业机器人产业链上本体制造类、系统集成类、应用类企业及82所高职院校,根据工业机器人产业人才需求现状和产业发展规划,预测出2016至2025年产业人才需求情况,绘制出高职院校工业机器人技术专业设置与招生规模匹配产业人才需求的路径图。基于调研结果,行政部门应引导高职院校适当增加工业机器人技术专业招生数量,同时规范专业教学标准,尽快制定职业技能标准;高职院校应根据地方产业情况确定专业招生规模,准确定位高职工业机器人技术专业培养目标;建议国产机器人三类企业加大与高职院校共建专业的力度,提供更多的典型工业机器人应用方案,提前介入高职院校人才培养的过程。
Based on the investigation on 84 industrial robot enterprises, including manufacturers, system integrators and other related companies, and 82 higher vocational colleges, according to the talent demand and future plan of industrial robot industry, this paper predicted the talent demand from 2016 to 2025, and draw the roadmap of matching configuration and enrollment of academic department with the industrial talent demand. Based on investigation result, the administrative department should guide higher vocational colleges to increase the enrollment of industrial robot technology specialty, standardize the professional teaching standards, and develop vocational skill standards as soon as possible; higher vocational colleges should determine the scale of recruitment according to the local industry situation, and accurately locate the training target of robot technology specialty. It is suggested that the three types of domestic robots should increase the strength of joint construction with higher vocational colleges, provide more typical industrial robot application programs, and intervene in the process of personnel training in higher vocational colleges in advance.
