基于“一核心、两层级、三融合”的自动化专业人才培养模式创新与实践

Innovation and Practice of Cultivation of Automation Professionals Based on“One Core, Two Levels and Three Merges”

当前,高职自动化类专业人才培养存在"教得多、练得少、学的多、会的少、精的无"等问题,人才培养质量不尽如人意。重庆工程职业技术学院联合企业,深度合作启动了"一核心、两层级、三融合"的自动化类专业人才培养创新模式,即以典型岗位"核心技能"为核心,建立"技能分层训练和人才分级输出"两层级教学活动考核体系,创建"校企、教赛、技岗"三融合教学实践活动组织体系。在具体实践中,开展对学生实施差异化的培养及考核、实施"三级校企合作"培养机制、广泛融入行业企业标准等,取得了较好的成效。

At present, there are many problems in automation professionals cultivation, such as＂more teaching, less practice, more learning, less doing, less perfection＂, and the quality of talent training is not satisfactory. Chongqing Engineering Polytechnic deeply cooperates with enterprises to launch the＂One Core, Two Levels and Three Merges＂innovative talent cultivation mode of automation specialties. In the concrete practice, it has achieved good results in the cultivation and assessment of students＇ implementation of differentiation, the implementation of＂three-level school-enterprise cooperation＂training mechanism, and the wide integration of industry-enterprise standards.
