Perspective of School Change from the History of Principal's Life: an Oral History Study

在中小学全面实施校长负责制的背景下,校长的办学思想和教育理念、领导风格与人格魅力等对学校发展起着至关重要的作用。本文从校长生活史的角度,通过对一位中学校长的口述史研究,深入考察校长生活对于学校发展与变革所产生的影响,这为透视学校变革的发生机制提供了一个新的视角,同时其办学实践也为我们提供了一个教育家办学的典型案例。

In the background of the principal responsibility system, the principal＇s school running idea and educational idea, leadership style and personality charm are very important to the development of the school. From the perspective of the life history of principals, the reasons for the formation of these factors and the impact on the development and transformation of schools are explored, which provides a new perspective for us to look into the reform of schools. Through the study of oral history of a high school principal, this paper provides a typical case of an educator running a school.
