摘要
"课程统整"因与核心素养的内在特性高度契合,因而成为核心素养落地生根的一种可能选择。依据课程层次理论,对接核心素养的课程统整框架应由作为核心素养顶层设计的国家课程统整方案、作为核心素养转化枢纽的学校课程统整规划及作为核心素养现实载体的科目统整方案研制三个关键课题构成。为此,要通过课程统整来实现核心素养的有效转化,需要健全国家课程统整政策、完善学校课程统整支持系统、着力提升教师课程统整能力。
Curriculum integration is a possible choice for core literacy because of the inherent characteristics with literacy. According to the theory of curriculum hierarchy, the curriculum framework of core literacy composed of three key topics, including the national curriculum as the core culture of the top curriculum design, the school curriculum integration planning as the transformation of the core curriculum and discipline integration . Through curriculum integration achieving the effective transformation of core literacy, we should overcome challenges including lagging behind of the policy for the national curriculum, shorted support system for curriculum integration, and the lower ability of curriculum integration for teachers.
