新手教师韧性发展的个案研究:社会生态系统理论的视角 被引量:12

A Case Study of the Development of Novice Teachers Resilience: the Perspective of Social Ecology

摘要 全球性教育改革的浪潮给教师发展带来诸多机遇的同时,也带来了更高的社会期待,更多的工作负担、和更大的压力和挑战。而教师韧性作为能够保证教师质量、保持教师群体专业发展动力的一种可能的方法,成为教师专业发展研究领域的热议主题。而入职初期的新手教师往往要面对更为沉重的教学任务、多变的课堂管理、复杂的人际关系和全新的生活环境。本研究从社会生态系统理论的视角,研究新手教师韧性的发展过程,以期对促进新手教师韧性的积极发展有所帮助。 The global-wide educational reforms bring both the opportunities and the challenges. And teachers~ resilience is regarded as a possible and effective way of keeping the passion for continues professional development to meet with the pressure and more working load. Usually, novice teachers have to deal with a fresh working environment including heavy teaching load, class management and complicated professional relationship. This study aims to understand the development process of novice teachers' resilience from perspective of social ecosystem theory.
