手传振动对打磨抛光工血浆TXB_2与6-keto-PGF1α水平的影响

摘要 目的:探究手传振动对打磨抛光工血浆血栓素B2(TXB_2)与6-酮-前列腺素F1α(6-keto-PGF1α)水平的影响。方法:选取2015年2月至2017年2月于我院体检的360名高尔夫球加工厂从事打磨抛光作业1年以上的男性手传振动作业工人为观察组,另选取同期360名体检结果为健康的男性人群作为对照组,采用放射免疫法测定血浆6-keto-PGFlα、TXB_2水平,对比2组血浆TXB_2与6-keto-PGF1α水平。结果:与对照组比较,观察组6-keto-PGF1α水平明显降低,TXB_2水平显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:手传振动会导致打磨抛光工血浆TXB_2水平升高、6-keto-PGF1α水平下降,监测其血浆中含量可以减少相关性职业病的发生。 Objective:To investigate the influence of hand-transmitted vibration on plasma TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1α levels in grinding and polishing workers. Methods:A total of 360 cases of male workers in Golf processing plants who engaged in hand grinding and polishing operations for over 1 years and underwent physical examination in our hospital from Feb 2015 to Feb 2017 were selected as the observation group,and another 360 cases of male persons with normal physical examination results were selected as control group. The levels of plasma 6-keto-PGFlα and TXB2 were measured by radioimmunoassay,and were compared between the two groups. Result:The level of plasma 6-keto-PGF1α in the observation group was significantly lower ,and the level of plasma TXB2 were significantly higher than those in the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion:The hand-transmitted vibration can lead to an increase of the plasma TXB2 level and a decrease of the 6-keto-PGF1α level in grinding and polishing workers,and increase the risk of related occupational disease.
