综合护理干预对维持性血液透析患者焦虑和抑郁影响的Meta分析

Effects of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Anxiety and Depression for Patients with Maintenance Hemodialysis:A Meta-analysis

目的:系统评价综合护理干预对维持性血液透析(MHD)患者焦虑和抑郁的影响。方法:根据纳入和排除标准,在中国知网(CNKI)、维普、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、Pubmed、EMBASE等中外数据库,检索综合护理干预对MHD患者焦虑、抑郁影响的相关文献,检索时限为2011年12月1日至2016年12月25日。使用Revman 5.3软件对数据进行分析。结果:纳入6篇文献,包括常规护理组388例,综合护理组397例。Meta分析结果显示,综合护理干预能有效降低MHD患者SAS评分(MD=-9.05,95%CI:-10.47^-7.63,P<0.01),并降低患者SDS评分(MD=-9.57,95%CI:-11.68^-7.46,P<0.01)。结论:综合护理干预能改善MHD患者的焦虑、抑郁心理状态。

To systematically evaluate the effects of comprehensive nursing intervention on anxiety and depression for patients with maintenance hemodialysis（MHD）. Methods：According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the related literatures were searched in CNKI,Wanfang database,VIP Scientific Journal Database,Pubmed and EMBASE database from Dec 2011 to Dec 2016. The data about the effects of comprehensive nursing intervention on anxiety and depression were extracted and evaluated by Revman 5.3 software. Results：A total of 6 studies with 388 cases in routine nursing group and 397 cases in comprehensive nursing grup were included in this meta-analysis. The results showed that the SAS scores in MHD patients were significantly reduced after comprehensive nursing intervention（MD=-9.05,95%CI：-10.47-7.63,P〈0.01）,and the SDS scores were also markedly reduced（MD=-9.57,95%CI：-11.68-7.46,P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the anxiety and depression of MHD patients.
