摘要
依托费尔克拉夫的三维理论,对改革开放以来我国高校思想政治教育政策的演进进行分析,旨在揭示政策话语文本及其背后的社会关系。研究发现:在文本上,政策的主旋律相对稳定,但聚焦点随时代变化而变动;在话语实践上,来自政治话语的"互文"体现了话语生产,党和政府其他政策共同言说的内容体现了话语分配,政策法规的连贯性话语回应和地方政策法规的个性化回应体现了话语消费;在社会实践上,政策调适中利益相关者的话语变迁和网络话语权变迁,阐释了话语、利益、权力之间的深层关系。
Based on the Fairclough's three-dimensional conception of discourse, this paper analyzed the evolution of China's ideological and political education policy in colleges and universities since its reform and opening up in order to reveal the social relations behind the text of political discourse. It found that in the text analysis the theme of the policy remained relatively stable, but its focus had changed with the times. In the discursive practice analysis, intertextuality from political discourse reflected the discourse production. Policy discourse had become the common speech of other policies of the party and the government, which reflected the distribution of discourse. The coherent and personalized response to the local policies and regulations reflected the discourse consumption. In the analysis of social practice, the deep relationships between discourse, power and interests were elucidated by the vicissitudes of stakeholders' discourse and the change of network discourse right in policy adjustment.
