摘要
新媒体环境下广告运作新的变化影响着广告人才培养的目标设定和方法改革。文章通过反思实践教学模式中存在的问题和不足,提出围绕新的实践教学理念,以学生社团和校外实践基地为依托,从转变传统实践教学理念、建设开放度高的实训教学体系、打造虚拟实训教学社区平台、改革实训教学内容以及加强实训体系管理服务等方面入手,加入更多师生互动、校企互动、新媒体内容,解决课堂教学的局限,创新课外实训体系。
Under the new media environment, advertising operation has undergone new changes,affecting the advertising personnel training objectives setting and methods of reform. Through the reflection of the problems and shortcomings in the practice teaching mode, the article put forward the new concept of practice teaching. The article was based on student organizations and off campus practice bases. It made changes from the traditional teaching ideas, constructed high open degree training teaching system, created a virtual training platform, reformed the practical teaching content and strengthened community service management training system etc.. The article added more interactions between teacher and students, school and enterprises and much new media content to solve the limitations of classroom teaching and innovation extracurricular training system.
