我国生物医药产业创新平台运行绩效的实证研究

The Empirical Study of the Performance of China's Bio-pharmaceutical Industrial Innovation Platform

从提高成员创新绩效的视角构建了我国生物医药产业创新平台运行绩效及其影响因素的理论模型,利用企业问卷调查数据,并运用结构方城模型进行了实证研究。研究发现,生物医药产业创新平台的运行绩效主要体现在提高其成员的研发效率和知识获取能力、降低药物研发成本和研发失败风险等。影响生物医药产业创新平台运行绩效的主要因素可以归纳为平台的成员质量、成员间的信任水平、平台治理水平及知识共享水平等,成员质量水平、合作的信任水平、平台治理水平及平台内地知识共享水平越高,平台运行绩效越好。

Constructed the theoretical model about the performance and the factors of the bio-pharmaceutical innovation platform from the perspective of it＇s members, and empirically tested it by adopting the survey data based on the SEM. The study found the performance of innovation platform can be measured as the improvement of research and development efficiency, knowledge acquisition, cost and risk reduction of it＇s members. The study generalized the factors effect the performance of innovation platform theoretically, and tested the hypotheses with Structural equation model, we found the quality of members, trust, governance and knowledge-sharing of platform will effect it＇s performance positively.
