摘要 介绍了国投晋城热电厂300 MW空冷机组的直接能量平衡(DEB)协调控制系统及RB控制策略,并对RB触发时采用滑压方式运行的优点及机炉控制方式的变化进行了分析。为了防止RB发生后机组负荷反调,设计有调门禁开逻辑。试验结果表明:DEB控制方式达到了协调控制系统快速性和稳定性的要求,且在RB过程中能自动、快速、稳定降负荷,提高了机组安全性和经济性,为火电机组的RB试验提供参考。 This paper introduces the DEB coordinated control system and the RB control strategy of 300 MW direct air?cooled unit of Jincheng thermal power plant. It analyzes the advantages of the operation of RB sliding mode and the change of control mode when RB is triggered. In order to prevent the unit load overshot after RB, the closed logic of turbine door is designed. The result of test shows that the DEB control method reached the requirements for the rapidity and stability of coordinated control system. It can automatically, quickly and steadily decreases load in the RB process to effectively improve the safety and economy of the unit. It provides reference for RB test of thermal power unit.
