透平同步排吸泵调试过程问题分析

摘要 透平同步排吸泵是一种新型的利用透平装置进行抽真空的新型水泵,其具有无底阀、启动前不需要入口管道注水、启动操作简单等特点,现已在各大化工厂及电厂得到了广泛应用。但该泵结构相对复杂,对故障极为敏感,文中结合某电厂3台透平同步排吸泵调试过程中遇到的问题进行分析,提出了相应的解决办法,为今后同类型水泵相似问题解决提供参考。 Turbine synchronous suction pump is a kind of pump using turbine as a vacuum device. It has much advantages as follow:no bottom valve, unnecessary to injection water for the inlet pipe before start up, easy to start and so on. It has been widely used in chemical plants and power plants. Since the pump structure and system is complex, extremely sensitive to malfunction. It combines with the problem when commissioning, analyzing the problem and solving the problem. In the future, similar problems of the same type pump can use the article for reference.
