摘要 为了克服煤质经常变化对AGC控制的扰动,针对传统BTU校正控制方案存在的缺陷,在继承传统BTU控制方案的基础上,提出了新型的BTU控制算法,该算法有效地抑制了燃料热值波动对CCS控制的内扰,燃料热值不再影响机组AGC控制指标。新型控制算法的核心思想为"连续计算、断续输出",计算结果择机输出,迅速反映燃料品质的变化,控制算法的输出值在任何情况下不会对CCS输出形成扰动。新型控制算法已经在多台机组中得到了应用,长期运行结果表明,当燃料热值变化时,AGC控制系统依然可以长期、稳定运行,控制指标满足电网的要求。 In order to overcome the changes in AGC control coal and disturbance BTU correction for defects of the traditional control scheme,it schemes a new BTU control algorithm based on traditional BTU control. The method effectively suppress the fluctuation of calorific value. The fuel CCC control of the internal disturbance and fuel calorific value no longer affects the unit AGC control index. The new control algorithm is called " continuous calculation,intermittent output". The result selectes output and quickly responses to changes in fuel quality. Control algorithm output value will not disturb CCS output value in any cases. The new control algorithm has been applied in many units. The long-term operation results show that the AGC control system can still be operated for a long time and it can keep stable when the fuel calorific value changes. AGC control index meets the requirements of the power grid.
