摘要 对阜新发电有限责任公司脱硫废水处理系统运行中遇到的问题进行分析。分析结果显示,脱硫废水处理系统管道污堵是由于脱硫废水经过旋流器后含固量增多造成的,污泥与石膏共同脱水不仅满足石膏品质要求,而且解决了板框式压滤机故障率高的问题。通过优化系统,防止管道污堵,调整废水加药量来提高废水处理能力和处理效果,使脱硫废水实现达标排放。 It analyses the problem of the operating waste water treatment system of FGD in State Grid Electric Power Fuxin Power Generation Co,. Ltd. The analysis result observe that the conduits of the treatment system of FGD wastewater always blocked. Though the waste water is disposed by the hydrocyclone,the solid content of the waste water is still thick. We can solve this problem by dehydrating the sludge in the belt dehydrator of FGD after the quality of FGD oulopholite met the requirement. Optimizing the treatment system of FGD waste water and enhancing the capability of the system can improve the effect of treatment after achieving the discharge standard.
