干湿交替出焦法在JN60-6型焦炉的撵产应用

摘要 指出了JN60-6型焦炉传统撵产作业的弊端,提出了焦炉干湿交替出焦撵产的新方法,可提高焦炉撵产效率和焦炭产量,降低焦炉能耗,为同类型焦炉生产晚点后复产过程提供了技术借鉴。 This paper points out the disadvantages of conventional way of breakdown compensation for JN60-6 coke oven battery,and proposes a new method for breakdown compensation,i.e. alternate wet and dry coke discharging method,which can improve the compensation efficiency and the output of coke and reduce energy consumption. It provides a technical reference for the production recovery after maintenance for coke oven batteries of the same type.
