摘要 7.63m焦炉PROven系统中固定杯的固定杆多次发生断裂情况,导致炭化室负压无法实现自动控制。通过研究分析发现,摩损和腐蚀是断裂的主要因素,改进后固定杆稳定性增加,振动幅度降低,磨损减少,有效避免了固定杆发生断裂的情况。 The fixing rod of fixing cup of PROven system of 7.63 m coke oven has broken several times,causing negative pressure in the coking chamber. As a result,the system cannot be controlled automatically. Through study and analysis,it is observed that the main factors causing the breakage is abrasion and corrosion. After improvement,the fixing rod is more stable,with slight vibration and less abrasion. The problem of fixing rod breakage is effectively avoided.
