摘要
通过频谱分析循环风机振动值超标故障,准确判定故障类型为循环风机转子不平衡,并及时组织更换循环风机转子,在更换过程中发现故障循环风机转子叶片根部多处磨损、开裂,验证了前期故障判断的准确性,避免了风机叶片断裂的恶性事故发生。
The reason for the vibration failure of CDQ circulating fan is analyzed through frequency spectrum. It is found that the failure is caused by unbalanced rotor. The rotor is timely replaced,and during the replacement,it is found that there are many abrasions and cracks at the root of rotor blades. This verifies the judgement for the previous failures. Therefore,more serious accident such as broken of rotor blades can be avoided,and the purpose of predicative maintenance can be achieved.
