摘要
以曲面体肥皂盒盖为研究对象,通过实例设计出随形冷却水道,采用Moldlfow软件对传统线性冷却水道与随形冷却水道进行了系统模拟分析。通过塑件表面温度、冷却时间和翘曲变形量等模拟结果的对比,结果显示:随形冷却水道能使塑件冷却更加均匀、冷却时间缩短,并提高了生产效率;与此同时,产品的尺寸精度也有明显改善,产品质量得到进一步的优化与提升。最后通过质量(成型窗口)分析,得到了最佳参数组合,进而得到了优化方案。
The curved soapbox cover is used as the object of study, and the mould cooling channel is designed with the example. Moldlfow software is used to simulate the traditional linear cooling channel and conformal cooling channels. The results show that the conformal cooling channels can make the plastic parts cool even more unifonn, the cooling time is shortened and the production efficiency is improved through the comparison of the simulation results of plastic surface temperature, cooling time and warp deformation. At the same time, the dimensional accuracy of the product is improved significantly, and the product quality has been improved. Finally through the quality (torming window) analysis, the best combination of parameters is obtained, and then get the optimization program.
