重庆民办教育发展问题及对策研究——基于我国四个直辖市民办教育发展状况对比

Research on the Problems and Countermeasures for the Development of Private Education in Chongqing City——Based on the Comparison of Private Education Development Situation in Four Direct-Controlled Municipalities

重庆市民办教育正处于直辖二十年来的一个重要发展拐点,找准发展坐标是规划重庆市民办教育发展蓝图、迎接未来发展挑战的关键之所在。与同为直辖市的北京、上海、天津三市相比,重庆市民办教育虽已取得了长足进步,但其民办初等教育、中等教育及民办非学历培训机构的发展程度相对落后,且存在结构失衡问题。重庆市可从推行分类管理、调整教育结构、打造教育品牌三个方面改善民办教育发展现状,以应对未来发展挑战。

Private education in Chongqing city is now at an important point for its development since Chongqing city became a direct-controlled municipality more than 20 years ago. It is necessary to find out the exact coordinate for its development,which is the key element for the private education in Chongqing city to make its development blue print and meet the challenges for its future development. Compared with Beijing,Shanghai,and Tianjin,the three cities which are also direct-controlled municipalities,although Chongqing private education has already made significant progress,yet for the private elementary education,private secondary education,and private training organizations with non-academic degree,their development lag behind comparatively and there exist the problem of structure unbalance. For the improvement of the current situation of private education,Chongqing city should promote the classified management,adjust the education structure,and forge the education brands,so as to face the challenges for the future development.
