民办高校教学质量保障的组织支持——对浙江越秀外国语学院教学质量管理组织系统的案例研究

Organizational Support to Guarantee the Quality of Teaching in Private Universities——A Case Study on the Management Organization System for the Quality of Teaching in Zhejiang Yuexiu University of Foreign Languages

民办高校有必要建立系统的教学质量管理组织,对学校的教学质量保障给予组织支持。对浙江越秀外国语学院教学质量管理组织系统的案例研究表明:有适合学校教学质量保证体系运行所要求的组织机构,各组织机构工作形成合力,是教学质量保障体系的组织保障。浙江越秀外国语学院质量管理办公室通过两年的工作实践和探索,为学校教学质量保障提供了很好的组织支持作用,但也存在一些问题。学校需要注重内涵发展、加强师资队伍建设和建立质量管理长效机制。

It is necessary for private universities to set up the systematic management organization for teaching quality so as to provide organizational support to guarantee the teaching quality of the school. We have made a case study on the management organization system for teaching quality in Zhejiang Yuexiu University of Foreign Languages. The result of the case study shows that it is necessary to set up the organizational institutions to meet the requirements of the operation of the school＇s teaching quality assurance system,and all the organizational institutions should work with concerted efforts so as to provide organizational safeguard for the teaching quality assurance system. With two years＇ work practice and exploration,the quality management office in Zhejiang Yuexiu University of Foreign languages has provided sound organizational support for the teaching quality assurance of the school,and there also exist some problems. The school should pay attention to the connotation development,strengthen the building of teaching staff,and set up the long-term mechanism for quality management.
