摘要
翻转课堂是一种全新的教学模式,探讨翻转课堂在民办本科高校中的适用性具有重要的实践意义。基于对不同专业学生实施大学英语翻转课堂教学模式的具体实践,对大学英语翻转课堂的实施效果和适用性进行了实证分析。结果表明:民办本科高校大学英语教学模式和学生专业对学生成绩的提升并无显著影响,实施大学英语翻转课堂成功与否的关键在于学生的英语基础,大学英语翻转课堂教学模式对于学生和教师都不具有普适性。
Flipped classroom is a brand-new teaching model. Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the applicability of flipped classroom in college English teaching in private universities. Based on the specific practice of flipped classroom in college English teaching for different majors,this paper makes an empirical analysis on the effect and applicability of flipped classroom model of college English teaching. The results show that neither college English teaching models adopted by private universities nor the students' majors have a significant impact on the improvement of students' English level. The key to the successful implementation of flipped classroom in college English teaching lies in the students' basic English level and the flipped classroom model of college English teaching are not suitable for all the students and teachers.
