提高住院医师规范化培训质量的实践与思考

Practice and Thinking on Improving the Quality of Standardized Residency Training

本文结合我院开展的住院医师规范化培训实践,通过加强培训基地组织管理体系建设,夯实专业基地培训主体责任,加强以师资能力和责任意识为核心的师资队伍建设,创新以岗位胜任能力为核心的培训考核模式及严格的培训质量监管等行之有效的方法,使住院医师规范化培训质量得到有效保障。

Based on the training practices in our hospital,this article analyzes the effective strategies for ensuring the quality of the standardized residency training such as to strengthen the construction of organizational management system,to consolidate the professional base training responsibility,strengthen the teachers’ ability and responsibility consciousness as the core of the teachers team construction,take post competency as the objective of training assessment model,and to monitor the training quality strictly.
