临床医学“5+3”一体化人才培养特征分析及与之相适应的教学改革 被引量:3

摘要 临床医学"5+3"一体化是培养高水平高素质临床医师的重要途径,是标准化规范化临床医学人才培养体系的重要组成部分,也是推进医学教育综合改革的重要内容。山东大学自2015年起将原七年制全部转变为"5+3"一体化培养。本文在深入分析"5+3"一体化培养四大特征与优势基础上,提出了"四个强化"理念及与"四个强化"相适应的包括课程改革、教学方法改革在内的整体化教学改革路径,并拟通过改革组与对照组的对比研究,对其教育教学质量进行全程监控、追踪和分析。这对于高等医学院校进一步认识和实践临床医学"5+3"人才培养体系具有一定参考价值。 The integrated“5+3”clinical education is an important way for training high-quality clinicians. It is the key components of a standardized and normalized clinical training system. And it is an eminent approach for the comprehensive medical education reform. Shandong University has transformed to the integrated“5+3”clinical education model from the original seven-year model since 2015. This paper analyzed in detail the four distinct features and advantages of the integrated“ 5+3”clinical education model,based on which we put forward the four-enhancement instructions and we constructed the relevant comprehensive teaching reform paths including courses and teaching methodology reforms to adapt to the four-enhancement instructions. We planned to follow the whole reform process,to supervise the teaching quality,and to make a reform-group and contrast-group study. What we have explored will be helpful for the medical colleges’ understanding and adoption of the integrated“ 5+3” clinical education model.
