摘要
由于社会经济发展人们对医疗卫生健康的要求日益提高,医学教育需要培养适应社会需求的高素质人才。因此教学过程中应关注学生知识的整合及系统化,防止其知识碎片化。为达到该教学目标,本学院在教学及考核方法上进行相应的探索。从"教"与"学"两方面列举常用的联接知识、构建知识体系的方法。并从考核节点、内容、方式上进行调整,帮助学生进行知识整合及系统化目标的达成。
Based on a growing demand for the medical and health care,the medical education needs to train highqualified personnel to meet the needs of society. Therefore,it should be focused on the students' knowledge integration and systematization,prevent their knowledge fragmentation. In order to achieve this teaching aim,the author explored the new methods of teaching and assessment. From the two aspects ts of“ teaching” and“ learning”,the methods of linking knowledge and constructing knowledge system were listed. The assessment node,content and method were adjusted to help students achieve the aim of the knowledge integration and systematization.
