摘要
目的探讨现阶段妇产科临床实习面临的问题以及案例式立体教学法(case three-dimensional teaching method,CTTM)在妇产科临床实习中的应用。方法分析现阶段妇产科临床实习主要面临的问题,将CTTM教学模式应用于妇产科临床实习,分析其临床实习效果。结果 CTTM可以很好地应对现阶段妇产科临床实习面临的问题,实习生对于妇产科的学习兴趣得到极大地激发,基础理论知识和临床操作技能得到进一步加强。结论 CTTM是适应现阶段妇产科临床实习带教的一种的良好的教学模式。
Objects To explore the obstacle in clinical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology and the application of CTTM at the present stage. Methods Analysing the main problems in clinical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology and the clinical practice quality of teaching while the CTTM used for it. Results CTTM was fit for the clinical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology at the present stage. The interesting of interns for obstetrics and gynecology was greatly stimulated,the knowledge of basic theory and the clinical skills were further improved. Conclusion The CTTM possesses excellent results for the clinical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology at the present stage.
