摘要 叙事医学由哥伦比亚大学Rita Charon教授于2000年提出,其作为联结人文教育与医学专业教育的桥梁,不断发展和深入,已经成为服务临床医生,提高医生倾听能力及医患共情能力的重要方式。上海健康医学院临床医学院通过"叙事医学"项目,探索其对医学生医患共情和沟通能力培养方面的作用。叙事人文教育应从多个方面深入推广,使其理念逐步深入国内医学教育中。 Originating at Columbia University by Professor Rita Charon in 2000,narrative medicine,as a bridge linking humanities education with medical professional education,is a growing and deepening field of healthcare that equips clinicians with capacities of attentive listening and deep recognition of patients and self. The Shanghai University of Medicine & Health Sciences created the Narrative Medicine Initiative(NMI)and has incorporated narrative medicine into the lower grade medical students. The initiative aimed to explore its role in training medical students' empathy and communication skills. The narrative humanistic education should be further promoted from various aspects so that its oncept can be gradually deepened into domestic medical education.
