摘要
阶梯式教学法是普通高校教学中一种实用型的教学方法,既能充分发挥教师的专业才能,又能充分调动学生的积极性,还能促进学生掌握基本专业技术。将阶梯式教学法应用于普通高校排球选项课进行了实证研究,实验结果表明:排球选项课采用阶梯式教学法教学的实验班3米往返移动、立定跳、发球和垫球等各项指标都高于采取传统式教学法的对照班,阶梯式教学法对提升学生排球综合能力有着显著的作用,能够提高学生的学习积极性和学习热情,适合于高校排球选项课的教学。
The stair-type teaching method is a kind of practical teaching method in the teaching of ordinary colleges and universities. It can not only give full play to the teachers' professional ability, but also fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the students, and promote the students to master the basic professional skills.
