摘要
目的:探索积极性交通到校方式对小学生身体活动量的影响,为指导小学生增加身体活动量提供科学依据。方法:通过加速度计测量临汾市某小学157名1-4年级学生一周的身体活动量,通过访谈调查每天的到校方式,根据到校方式将学生分为积极和非积极交通组。采用独立样本t检验分析积极性交通方式对小学生身体活动量的影响。结果:积极性交通方式和非积极性交通方式在中等强度体力活动量上存在显著差异(P<0.05)。积极性交通方式和非积极性交通方式在轻体力活动,大强度体力活动和中等以上强度体力活动上没有差异(P>0.05)。结论:积极性交通到校方式能够明显增加小学生中等强度体力活动量。
Objective: To investigate the effect of active transportation way of pupils' physical activity, to provide a theoretical basis for guiding the students to increase physical activities. Methods: Using accelerometer to measure a one-week physical activity for 157 1-4 grade primary school students. We divided the students into active and inactive groups by the way of getting to school. Independent sample t test is used to analysis. Results: Compared with the inactive transportation group, the active transportation group is significant higher in the amount of moderate intensity physical activity (P 〈 0.05). No differences in light intensity physical activity, vigorous intensity physical activity and moderate to vigorous intensity physical activity (All P 〉 0.05). Conclusion: The active transportation can significantly increase the moderate intensity physical activity of pupils.
