郑州市高校网球专项毕业生就业情况调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis on the Employment of Tennis Graduates in Zhengzhou City

目前各高校网球专项毕业生的就业问题在一定程度上反映了高校培养目标与社会需求相适应的程度,这关系到各高校网球专项毕业生今后的生存与发展,为了解郑州市各高校网球专项毕业生的就业问题,以郑州大学体育学院及中州大学2017届应届网球专项毕业生为研究对象,运用问卷调查法、文献资料法、实地调查法、数据统计法等研究方法,根据就业影响因素来制定相关的改善政策。在调查中发现郑州市高校网球毕业生的就业率低于同年级高校毕业生平均就业率,针对这个问题,从毕业生自身、学校、社会各方面分析了影响郑州市各高校网球专业毕业生就业因素及存在的问题。毕业生方面包含就业期望、网球专项技能、就业政策及信息获取;学校培养方面包含课程设置问题、教师数量及教学方法、就业指导,社会实践;社会市场角度包含对毕业生专项技能及学历的要求,网球岗位数量。

The problems in the employment of college tennis graduates reflect the coincidence between college cultivation goal and social demand, which is related to the survival and development of college tennis graduates. In order to understand this problem in Zhengzhou colleges, this paper takes grade 2017 tennis graduates in PE College of Zhengzhou University and Zhongzhou University as the research objects, and sets improvement policies according to employment influential factors by using literature, questionnaire survey, field survey and mathematic statistics methods. It is found that the employment rate of tennis graduates is lower then the average employment rate of the same grade. Influential factors and related problems are analyzed from graduates themselves, colleges and society. Graduates focus on employment expectation, specific skills, employment policies and information acquirement. Factors from colleges include curriculum set up, teachers’ numbers and employment guidance. As for society and market, specific skills and diploma demands for students and tennis job numbers are the main factors.
