初三男生1000米训练方法和手段的探讨

摘要 初中男生1000米跑是我国中学生体育达标测试的必考项目,也是评定初中男生身体素质的项目之一,该项目对腿部的力量,耐力要求较高。本文通过运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法和数理统计法对初中男生1000米跑的训练方法和训练手段进行探讨,结果表明:运用间歇训练法、重复训练法和持续训练法可以让学生掌握1000米跑的技术动作要领,提高学生的中考体育成绩。通过对上肢力量和腰腹力量的辅助练习可以间接的提高初中男生1000米的成绩。科学的训练方法可以有效并快速地提高学生的1000米成绩,这对初中男生1000米成绩的提高提供了理论依据和实践意义。 Junior high school boys 1000 meters run is a forced test of middle school students' physical training study project, which is also one of the projects to evaluate junior high school boys’ body quality with higher demands on leg strength and endurance. By using the method of literature, logical analysis and mathematical statistics method, this paper discusses the training methods and ways of middle school boys 1000m run. Results show that the use of intermittent training method, repetitive training method and continuous training method could make students to master 1000m run skills and improve students’ sports exam scores in high school entrance exam. Students’ 1000m performance could be promoted by assistant training on upper body strength and core strength. Scientific training methods could improve students’ performance rapidly and effectively, which offers a theoretical evidence for the improvement of students’ 1000m performance.
