技巧啦啦操与竞技体操的运动技能迁移

Movement Skills Transfer Between Acrobatic Cheerleading and Competitive Gymnastics

运动技能迁移是一种技能的学习对另外一种技能学习和应用产生影响的过程或现象,它对于技能间的相互学习有着非常重要的意义[7]。本文通过文献资料法、观察法、对比分析法,对技巧啦啦操和竞技体操这两个同属于技能主导难美性项群的动作结构、评分标准与动作编排、身体姿态要求以及竞技能力影响因素、心理能力的相似性进行分析。研究结果表明:通过运动技能迁移正迁移的作用,可促进两个项目资源整合,促进教学价值。

Movement skill transfer is a process or phenomenon that one skill learning affects another kind of skill learning and application. It is very important for mutual learning of skills. Through the methods of literature review, observation and comparative analysis, this paper analyzes the action structure, grading standard, movement arrangement, physical stance requirement, athletic demands and physiological similarity of the two skill-dominated difficulty and beauty sports. The results show that： through the transfer of movement skills, the role of positive migration can promote the integration of the two projects and promote the value of teaching.
